I finally uploaded on Youtube

My god! I'm gonna have to lose some weight...LOL I guess they say people look 10 pounds heavier on the tube, but this looks like 30 pounds...LOL

I finally went to Radio Shack and bought a cheap cam corder, but come home to find out that it only has 32 mega bytes of memory, meaning only 52 seconds of playing time.

I'll have to go back and get a SD card.

What a rip-off, but I only paid 85 bucks for it...I guess I get what I pay for.

I'd put the link up, but it was just too embarrasing to show everyone here at the LP..LOL

It was basically a test run to see how the video of me playing on the guitar was and how it sounded. The picture is pretty good, and the sound is good also. But the playing around on the guitar was just messing around and nothing worth watching.

I'll wait until I get a memory card, so I can play a few decent licks with the drum machine and guitar, and put something together musically that can be tolerated by some...LOL

Ok! I'm gonna give the link. You have to first understand that this is in no way shape or form, an example of my level of playing. I did this off the cuff, and should have planned it better. First, I was not warmed up. It takes about 5 minutes of playing to get into it. Secondly, I'm gonna lose some weight and compile a nice set of videos, with some help from my roomate who plays acoustic. He can play some backround, or I'll probably play with my drum machine.

Here goes nothing.
Remember....I was much leaner at one time, and after viewing this, I'm definitely going to stop the Pepsi, and just eat salads with maybe grilled chicken....I'm serious. I always knew I was chunky, but after seeing this, I think that chunky just became obsolete...LOL

I forgot to add that it takes up to 8 hours for the public to see it because of heavy traffic or something. It's already been about 3 or 4 , so then you can type in guitar in the search bar and hopefully I won't be pushed down to where you'll have to go to the 5 th page to find me...LOL

Also, there are tags that I've inserted related to music, so when someone does a broad search, they'll find me easier. What a great tool that is.

Testing phase, you rock. The audio was good, as well as the video, no lag on viewing. Drum machines, and loops show up for practice. I can relate, I just spent a year and a half in a band for nothing, we had over 35 songs, just to have the guitarist, rethink his musical ambitions (yeah fricken right) he met a woman about 9 months ago, the drummer got divorced WTF. I got my stuff back last week. Oh well, back to mdparty.com. LOL

pacattack, I posted a youtube comment on your upload, but it came up as brittany09 or something. That's my daughter. I don't think you look chunky. And you play alright too., so no embarrasment there.

Thanx to all for the nice comments, however, I am fat , and didn't warm up enough. I never play so choppy and sloppy like that before an audience. It was just a test to see if everything worked right.

I will soon post something more intelligible with drums in the backround. I first have to go buy more memory...before I forget....LOL

Pac, what is the title to look up under guitar players of the different guitarists there? Suggestions please?

Elizabeth: I meant to say this earlier, but was side tracked. I have a link that will take you there directly, however, I saw that earlier when I tried to do a search with the title of the video, which is " fat guitarist", It didn't show up anymore. I even checked 10 pages and didn't find my video.

I contacted them with my problem, and hope to hear from them soon. They said in their trouble shooting section that if a video is not tagged, then it might not show up in the search, but i have tags on them, so I don't get it...

It's not a big deal, but i'm just curious.

When I went to the website page you mentioned it said that the video you requested is not available. So I typed in fat guitarist as you said. I finally saw the video. You are a good guitarist. It was pretty short though.
