It sounds like the plot from a cheese science fiction movie: Scientists unearth something that’s been buried in the frozen ground of the Arctic for tens of thousands of years and decide to warm it up a bit.....

That's really wild. Just imagine though if it has a disease that could wreak havoc in today's environment.

Aye Maddog, we know everything is possible - the THING" movie gave us a potential frightening visual and who IS to say, that celestial virus/bugs don't hitch a ride in on incoming space derbies ? It's been scientifically found that micro organisms can survive the earth's heated entry atmosphere.
