This is probably really naive but I have never even considered having to ask something like this before-

As a member of the American military, can the U.S. president be court-martialed and shot for dereliction of duty?

If I had to guess I would say that because the president is an elite the rules don't apply and that the rules are probably only for deplorables but that is just a guess.

You can't euthanize the mentally ill, therefore joepedo is ineligible.

The President is not a member of the U.S. Military so they can't be tried in a military tribunal.

No, as Commander in chief he can't be tried under Military Law, But He Can be removed under impeachment!

Let me ask . How many years are we supposed to be fighting the taliban. 30,40 50 years??? The one that should have been impeached is the one who started the war (wasnt it "W") and cost American taxpayers trillions of dollars!!! Touche!
