* Those jobs that went overseas, we were promised, would return, he told Coal country that those jobs would return as well- never did. You see it’s easy to LIE when you want something, like the Presidency & then make as though you “ busy doing other things.”

* Trump was more interested in his legacy, and he got one. Filing the judiciary, whether it be the Supreme court appointments or those of the lower courts, he packed those and that’s because Mitch refused to fill any of Obama’s appointments in his last year. We saw how Mitch had the vacancy after Scalia’s death open for over a year, l think.

*’So IMO, it was the judiciary- and the Tax cuts for the Rich.

Trump had a list of things he wanted to do, Rip up the Iran nuclear agreement & moving both heaven and earth to GET RID of Obamacare. I admit l have little knowledge on whether he got rid of the Iran thing, but he’s hatred for the Obamacare was front and center. Thing is he had nothing to replace it with, so that to me : was plain jealousy & vindictiveness.

* Finally: Trump had he’s opportunity to outline what he was going to do in he’s 2nd term, like the things you mentioned, but l think he took voters for granted. How do you ask?

* Cause at he’s garden party where he announced he was running again or something to that affect- he had Zero stuff on the agenda to wet the voters appetites. Instead he said something like “ Continue to do what we doing & make A G A.”
Sorry, but that was as vague as it got. The GOP were essentially saying “ Whatever the President wants to do in his 2nd term, we all in with him.”

* Trump doomed his own campaign by being out of touch with the majority of voters nationwide. His remarks about Covid was the nail in the coffin months in advance, remember “ We have a few deaths, but it will be gone soon enough.” With the deaths on his watch, he was in a hole he couldn’t climb out of.

* Trump’s style also rubbed our Allies the wrong way & cozying up to Dictators like Putin & Kim didn’t help either.

* Ultimately, for me was his inability to admit wrong of any kind. He was right & nothing would change his point of view. To Trump saying “ l miscalculated “ was weakness.

*After Clinton was able to remain in office, he went before the nation and apologized, the guy left office with some of the highest rating because America was & is ready to forgive. Trump lost a golden opportunity to release pressure on himself IMO.

Minimum wage was $7.25 an hour the day Trump took office and was that the same day he left town. What is so great about not bringing back "higher wages"?

During the industrial revolution about 18% of the workforce was child labor. Is that what Trump was "bringing back" and your idea of when America was great?

If America was great when 18% of the workforce was child labor, why was it necessary to "deal" the problem of child labor?

The thing is I doubt by today's standards anyone would argue against the industrial revolution being a great period of time in World and American History but not everything during that time period was great. For instance the 16th Amendment was created because of the industrial revolution.

From a Wall Street perspective America is much greater today than four years ago because the market is up 25%. The opposite are those making huge profits from weapons of war; to them American is worse today as it was in any period of time when the fighting ended.
