How site's front page looks so far.

Seeing as how I don't know HTML, these things were not easy for me to do, but now the front page looks a little better than yesterday, this page building thing is interesting, this is a thing of try and see what happens, just like having a new toy, by the way, as some of you might now, any text editor will do, even NotePad and WordPad, but some of them make it easier.

The site's screen was captured with the great program IrfanView, the black portion is not a part of the site, only the rest of the screen.

This is almost my first real try at this kind of thing.

Very simple work this, Yes, but effective.

Not bad, I think, for a mere beginner who does not know what he is doing (Myself).

Hi Lantern,
I made a website for my job using geocities. I used very little html code and used alot of the yahoo PageBuilder to build the site. It was and is pretty simple to do.
If you would like to see it go to   www.siemerfinish.com
Good luck on your website.

I see that you just made that site, it is nice, Don't you have to submit it to the search engines or something like that, so that the search engines can list it when people search for the key words?
By the way, How is that done?
I also used the Yahoo Page Builder first, a little and then copied some code into the source page to finish building the front page, but it is still a work in progress, there are also programs, I guess offline programs that build sites, I might try one or more of them sometime, I might also retry Yahoo's Page Builder, as I used very little of it before.
Thanks.

Yeah, I would submit it to search engines but we are just advertising locally and it is just a way for contractors and remodelers to see some of the work we've done. My website is mainly pictures.
I'm not sure how to submit to search engines. I'm sure Todd could help you in that matter.
