Sadly, that's the way Democrat sh!tholes like NYC are.
It's sad because absolutely nothing will be done to punish the criminal. He's already got over 30 arrests including violent assaults. He knows nothing's going to be done about it.
Democrats always take the criminal's side. The DA's judges and juries are all going to be Democrats. You're screwed if you're the victim of crime in that sh!thole.
The victims will probably be charged with illegal detainment and possibly be sued by the perp.
And the Democrats who have created this system honestly don't think they have a mental disorder.
They think that's all perfectly normal.
Go figure.
