Physical currency, digital currency & the lottery

If they change to all digital currency how will I be able to buy lottery tickets in SC. SC requires cash payment for lottery purchases.
If they go digital at the lottery does that mean they will make payouts with digital currency. They will catch all the tax evaders who cash tickets for $500.00 or less. They will total your years lottery winnings and have you on record for tax purposes.
The people fell for the Patriot Act. Will they fall for this Digital Currency crap.
