President Biden took credit for reducing the budget deficit however he failed to mention that he has not changed Trumps tax plan!!!

So Biden managed to reduce the deficit using president Trumps tax plan!!!

Therefore, I can't understand why Biden is so hellbent on changing a perfectly successful tax system...can someone please explain that one to me??
