Talked to several students hang out near college campus, no one ever heard of Lewis & Clark!

Isn't American history still required study anymore?

I read a book years ago called "Undaunted Courage" by Stephen Ambrose. It was an in depth look at President Thomas Jefferson having Lewis and Clark explore the west to the Pacific, and what they found and experienced. A very good read.

Thank you, rcbbuckeye, will check library for "undaunted Courage."

I did find that our highly esteemed Ivy League colleges have drooped history as a required study for their degree :-(
