Unsealed FBI warrant: IS operative planned to smuggle assassins across the Mexican Border to Dallas to murder the former president saying Bush "was responsible  for killing Iraqis and destabilizing the country after (Allied) invasion."

Could have remnants of the World Trade Center tragic disaster of 3,000 innocent international civilian tragic deaths.

Nobody has to "smuggle" them across the border.
The border is wide open.
Hell, for all practical purposes there is no border anymore.
Dopey Joe said anybody can just walk in, get a free cell phone and be flown anywhere they want to go in the United States for free (after midnight).
Joe would have flown them to Dallas if that's where they wanted to go (after midnight).
