The U.S. officially imposed it's second of sanctions  in less than a week on individuals and firms in Africa who who have actively provided $ financial dangerous material support to the Islamic State affiliates . 

The latest $ financial penalties are Islamic cel leader , Farhad Hommer, accused expressing the will and intent to violently  attack the ibterests the United States of America Treasury Dept.
