It is no longer get out and vote, it is fill out ballots to be mailed or placed in drop boxes.

Over half the states offer "no-excuse absentee ballots" and many of those states are Republican controlled including Ohio and North Carolina where Republicans won.

Fun fact Article 1, Section 4 of the Constitution: "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators". The 17th Amendment modified Article I, Section 3, of the Constitution by allowing voters to cast direct votes for U.S. senators. Prior to its passage, senators were chosen by state legislatures.

There was a time when people could vote in general elections any time within a 34-day period before the first Wednesday in December. Never was a "one day only federal election law" so when did any state law limit voting to just one day?

Many of the states passed no-excuse absentee ballots legislation long before the coronavirus pandemic regardless of what the deniers are saying. They expect everybody to believe the MAGA nonsense simply because they believe it.
