Lottery File Name Changes

Positional and sum frequency charts have undergone some changes, not the least of which is their names. For those who have bookmarked them the new addresses are:

All lottery files will eventually use a external style sheet to ensure a uninorm appearance. New data generation files working well.

Slugging rats - i.e. as soon as one problem is solved, another pops up. Finally got the Cascading (external) Style Sheet up and running, controls the appearance of the sums and position frequency charts and saves space in the individual files, making for slightly faster downloading. Both pages heavily re-edited to take advantage of this and standardize the method of presentation.
