Depending on location, the taxes alone on this home would be about $1 million a year. (FL tax base is right around 1.2%) I have no idea what the insurance would be. Forget the electric bill. If the average housekeeper cleans a 2,500 sq ft home (just a guess) then you'd have to hire at least 12 full time maids.

You could have 2 or 3 families hiding in your house and never know about it. If you are forgetful like I am, make sure you keep a pair of eyeglasses and a set of house/car keys in each room. (also don't drink too much beer or eat a lot of prunes)

Well, maybe you'll win the PB or MM someday and after taxes get about $90 million, buy this house and go broke. Lower your expectations just a wee bit, Pac!

Well, like the host was saying, this is not for people with a couple of hundred million to spare. It's more for the entreprenuers, like huge company ceos making billions.

I don't like prunes anyway. I get enough of the same reaction drinking a 12 pack, I don't need anymore...lol

This is a house for Billionaires! No way we'd ever be able to afford even if we win 300 million plus in the Powerball or MegaMillions. I'd be content with a 1 million dollar home in my home state of Michigan...already have mine picked out at the classified ads..
