[hows the back] [hows my lottery game]

Published:

The back is still sore and hurts.

Took today off from work to rest the back. Have been cat napping off and on all day . Have not been getting much sleep at night. I wake up around 2 or 3 am with pain and stay up a couple hours then catch a few winks before going to work.

Think I may need to have it xrayed to see if I have a broken rib or a dislocated rib at the spine.
About 6 weeks ago I leaned over a wall putting excessive pressure on the left rib cage and something went twang. Was sore for a few days and the soreness went away. Could be I done something when doing heavy work a couple weeks ago to aggravate that injury.
Dislocated ribs can be very painful.

Hows the lottery going "I"

My game seems to have improved over the last couple weeks. I have not done much lottery work for awhile so my brain may have cleared of so much data.

I went back to the ev-od/hi-lo code tracking for the pick 3.
Also use ascending order tracking and exact order tracking in my software.

I had the 093 exact tonight from a list of 8 numbers I done late this afternoon. I only played 2 numbers tonight and that was not one of them.
Too late to post on the thread the workout.

Rest is very important. I had chiropractic treatment years ago and I wonder if that caused more harm than good. I'd tell you something funny, but it must hurt to laugh. :-)

Thanks,
It hurts to laugh and cough.
Chirpractors are o'k by me but you need how to pick out a good one.
I would probably be crippled today if it were not for good chiropractors.
I have been going to them off and on for 45 years.
