On TV, Movies. Internet, In music, games, radio advertising, all media bombast the a culture that glorifies death, violence and endless immorality for past 2 generations

The impressionable  kids are most most  at risk  to these constant  distorted impressions.  :-(

May the  good Lord jelp them and all

I am old enough to remember when students fired off live rounds on the local university campus all the time and nobody thought anything of it and there were no incidents.

It was for  the ballistics lab in physics class.  Sometime around the mid 1980's they stopped doing that.

Cable TV subscriptions were on the rise as well as computer games for entertainment.
I remember watching this one on CNN back in the day -

The shootings seemed to come more often after the smart phones were introduced.

Without looking into any further it certainly does seem that electronic media is a mental illness and a propagator of mental illness.
