I have this cool, free tool called "Be Clean". It does a whole host of cleaning in about 90 seconds.

It cleans the registry, internet cache, history,temp files, start menu, desktop,recycle bin, and others. It leaves the cookies alone.

Saves a lot of time by not having to do them seperately. In most cases, it shows a cleansing of about 600 files, and about 50 registry entries. Sometimes when my computer is bogged down, and I run the cleaner, those numbers above are nearly quadrupled.
