Woke up this morning but felt tired like I hadn't slept at all!!I am off work today so maybe I can get some stuff around the house taken care of.My picks for today are in p3 forum.Good luck everyone and have a great day!!Sleep Maybe my body will wake up and I will geta a burst of energy!!

Hi AngelM, I'm getting some energy from this muti liquid vitamins & minerals called Nature's Plus: Source of LIfe. Got at health food store. I was tired of swallowing so many giant vitamin pills. Also, taking a green drink called Kyo-Green.
