Congrats to you
It is said that every time you extingish a cigarette, you stop smoking
If you can go 3 days without it, the nicotine will be out of your body
The rest then is resisting the urge.
My wife works for a stop smoking clinic and one the bits of advice they tell patients is to change your regular habits. If you drive to work with coffee, change to soda or use a different hand to hold it. Move furniture around and have your car detailed. Sometimes, it's the small details that will help you win the fight.
BTW...I been smoke free about 6 years now...and it feels good not to smell like a cigarette and food tastes so much better
