     Today Fluff would like to talk about your dental health. Sounds strange but you have to take care and most dentists today are not telling you what you should be doing to prevent dental decay. Brushing with a Soft toothbrush and good toothpaste helps and then follow with a good mouthwash and then a flouride treatment. There is one toothpaste on the market which has been shown to kill the bacteria in our mouths that causes decay. Fluff is currently using MI Paste Plus which is expensive but worth it. READ the instructions carefully and follow them. Experts recommend holding toothpaste in your mouth for a least 3 minutes or more and then spitting out a few times and not rinsing. Do not drink anything for a least 30 minutes after doing this. Also take ALL SUGAR OUT OF YOUR DIEt and SODA AND SUGAR DRINKS and brush teeth after eating anything or if you are out use a dry mouth mint with Zylitol. You can remineralize your teeth and help them to heal. Experts say small cavities can be healed and if you have more issues than this still maintain this method. Visiting a dentist and viewing x-rays can indicate if you have an infection. Infections should be treated as they can cause health problems and if infected long enough you can get bone loss around the tooth. Root canals can be problems as infection can live in the lower tooth parts so say experts. Try to avoid needing this much work. You can use natural supplements to treat tooth issues and info is available online. Your overall health affects your teeth also so check Vitamon D levels and eat enough calcium on a daily basis.
