     Don is watching season three of Adam 12 on DVD and he did see it when it originally aired in late 60's through 72. Ths series really is a MASTERPIECE of authentically depicting the life of two POLICE OFFICERS IN LOS ANGELES, CA 1968-1975. As a adult I can see now what being a policeman really is and what is does to you, your family and friends. It is dangerous and anything can happen at any time. I know there have been a lot of really SUPER COPS OUT THERE working hard for us and you really have to appreciate what they are doing for us and what they go through. Once you see something it is with you forever and it changes you as a person. You have to carry it with you forever. Learn to appreciate your local Police and what they are doing for you. A lot of days they sit there and suffer in their minds with what they go through and likely they do not want to trouble anyone by telling them what is bothering them. It is an important job and somebody has to do it. Reed and Malloy were special actors who brough this insight into your living room with Jack Webb and Cinader producing and many other Police Commanders working to make the series an authentic portrayal of police life and their connection to the community. Thank God for all of them and what they created to help us understand. It was much more than entertainment when you look at it through the eyes of an adult.

     Fluff was 14 or so back in 1974 and we would meet at my Aunt Laura and Uncle John's home on Campbell ave in Schenectady, ny just a five minute walk from my family home. All my relatives from my father's side were there and we had a nice outing and then went for a motorcycle ride on the local trails. We had a great time and my cousin Pete agrees that 1974 was the best year for him also! Well, today a lot has changed and Fluff had my dinner here with my  Pet Family. That is my family today. Fluff likes his space and being with his Furry Family! Fluff is going out soon to take a walk as the days are long and it is daylight up to 830! Yes we all fall in love with this Lady Summer and become mesmerized with her, enjoy being with her and then as quickly as she came to us she is gone!      Fluff recomommends getting out in the sun as we need this for our health! Winter in the Northeast requires supplementing Vitamin D which Fluff takes all year! Vitamin D is essential and the government should have told the public to get checked and make sure you in in range at 70-100 for you test! The vaccine does not work and countless lives would have been saved if people would use common sense. Also important is Vitamin C and eating fruits like Kiwis and oranges daily!      Well it is another cold day here in Upstate NY. We do have warms days in the 50's and 60's and then it goes away. It is getting better as we move towards April. As Fluff said before taking a good Dental Probiotic such as Dr Omally Great Oral Health can save your teeth and make them feel much better. I am clueless as to why dentists don't want your teeth to be healthier like this. Brush only with a soft brush and a good non-abrasive toothpaste and you should be fine. Brushing hard and or with a hard brush will destroy your enamel and your gums. Do general good health habits such as no sugar in diet, taking a digestive enzyme, getting exercise and avoiding alcohol. Keep putting VITAMIN C into your diet daily as it is a WONDER VITAMIN and your body cannot synthesize it! You have to keep putting it in! Make sure you get load bearing exercise like lifting weights and some cardio! If you are up to it riding an OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLE is the toughest exercise in the world if you can handle it! Even riding  slowly and carefully is good also! Fluff has done Observed Trials in the past and did ride in 2023 in an event. Fluff planes to ride this year with his 1974 Honday TL-125 which is a great bike and way ahead of its time! This bike is ridden in Vintage Trials all over the world!
