    Fluff is sorry he has not been blogging regularly. He has a lot of committments and this is Summer up here in NY so he is really busy! Fluff has interests in quite a few businesses and also is riding in a Vintage Trials Event this weekend here in Upstate NY. Fluff got back into riding and he was a champion when he was 14 years old. So right now Fluff is 12 hours in with riding time and is doing well at 61 years of age. His body is in good shape as he is very physically active. He has had problems with workboots as he is wearing them out in 4 to 6 months so he just bought a Timberland pair of workboots and is hoping they last longer. Actually he purchased them online as returns and the price is really good, plus they are easier to break in. Paying the full shot of 150 dollars really is not worth it, especially considering the beating they take. Fluff has a pair of older motorcycle Trials boots at the repair shop and will have those to use soon. Fluff wears footwear out fast because he is active in all four seasons up here in NY and the weather takes a toll on them. Fluff eats a mainly vegetarian diet with supplements and eats good fruits and vegatables like berries and strawberries every day! Take really good care of your eyes and skin as when you hit late fifties and sixties a lot of folks are losing their sight. So take those high quality specialty supplements for EYES and eat your blueberries and bilberry yogurt and eat vegetarian for BRAIN HEALTH and keep active and moving! OFF -ROAD MOTORCYCLING is a great workout like not other and riding trials is great fun and always a challenge!      As per his previous blog Fluff does not work well with medical people. They are naive to think they have a total approach to healing without herbals in thier healing plan. Doctors do not make you feel like you can get healed because they are hung up on tests which show nothing substantial. Fluff makes doctors worry more than they worry him. He is confident is his ability to be his own doctor. Fluff has to have his system up and running at all times, have full energy, and dependability. Fluff is very physical and works out every day doing something. He is back to competiting and will be in a Vintage Trials event here in August in Upstate NY. As he gets back in the groove he will be moving up and also plans to compete in NETA Trials events here in NY. Fluff rides one of his bikes all year and did ride his TL-125 on the ice and snow around his home! He did also ride this bike on Watervliet reservoir on the ice in 1974 with his cousin and it was a unique and interesting experienced, somewhat strange.       Ok, Fluffy9999 here! So fluff has 3366, 2280, 443,440 in for the weekend here in NY! Fluff did have a feeling about 1027 and it came out. Fluff knows one person who was on a blood pressure med and a water pill and was doing good with diet and exercise when his blood pressure spiked. The dizziness when the blood pressure went up was unbearable. So he took the 5 mg new pill that was recommended and it went down, for a while. Of course then it went back up and he looked for answers. HE knew his doctor would have told him to take 10 mg of this pill which was at the maximum limit. Of course he felt that would not work and then the doctor would have said MEDICATION RESISTANT HYPERTENSION.He read up on NITRIC OXIDE BOOSTERS AND DECIDED TO try a product called REDWOOD.After a couple of months his veins and circulatory system healed and his blood pressure worked great on two pills. When the medications wear off  and if the blood pressure moves up THERE IS NOT DIZZINESS AND UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING. YES HE WAS SURE FLUFF HAD DIABETES. TESTED AT THE TIME AND ANSWER WAS NOT. IF FACT NOW HE IS 61 YEARS OF AGE AND STILL NO DIABETES. THEY JUST CANNOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT. AND THAT IS THE TRUTH, BUT THEY DO MAKE MONEY OFF OF THEIR PATIENTS. SNAKE OIL SALESMAN DID MORE GOOD FOR PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY MADE THEM THINK THEY CAN GET BETTER AND MOST OF THEM DID. TODAY'S DOCTORS PSYCHOLOGIALLY TORMENT PEOPLE AND THEY SHOULD BE IMPRISONED FOR WHAT THEY DO. AND THAT IS MY FINAL ANSWER.

That would be our vein health and Fluff recommends a low-fat diet rich in vegetables, salads, kiwi, oranges, bananas, onions, beets, orange vegetables. DO NOT CONSUME ANY SODA type drinks but Body armor and Gatorade are good expecially for the summer. The first drink mentioned comes in a good plastic bottle healthy to drink out of and the ingredients are great! The second helps with dehydration and make sure you stay hydrated in the summer months. Fluff does Nitric-Oxide therapy by taking nitric-oxide boosters like Redwood supplement, L-Citrulinne amino acid, beets and beet supplements like that.      So here in NY we are waiting for a SNOW STORM! On tuesday it is going to start snowing and we may have a FOOR AND A HALF OF SNOW BY WED AFTERNOON! But on the other side we are looking at 50 degree highs like it was today so nothing is going to hang around! A snow plow man I spoke with said this is likely the last time we will have to play with the snow. After the 20th of March it is getting really warm during the day so that will be the end of the snow. March 21 in the SPRING EQUINOX and marks the beginning of SPRING! OVERALL IT HAS NOT BEEN A BAD WINTER THANKFULLY HERE IN UPSTATE NY.

Fluff is off to a GOOD START THIS MONTH and has already picked up some hits! So as always DAYS SYSTEM NUMBER IN PLAY and for Monday fluff likes 254-354-111 and for tues 320-777-77 pairs and any 77x number for NY and ALL STATES! 777 and 222 have not shown in a while here in NY so 222 is a good play but have patience!      As always there is a lot to think about in life. Don was pondering what has happened to retail since the 1990's up to present. I liked the retail stores here in NY in the 80's like K-Mart, service Merchandise, Radio Shack and for an older 70's Store TWO GUYS here in Schenectady. I collect retail memoribilia and have some items from these stores in my collection. There is a mall down near my home called Viaport and it is a shell of what is was when it opened in the 1982 or so. Commercial renters are coming in like NYS and there are not a lot of stores left in there mostly small privately owned stores. However there is an AQUARIUM that has big fish in there so we have a MAJOR ATTRACTION THERE some restaurants and entertainment areas. But I think we have lost a lot since most of the stores went out in terms of socializing, meeting people, jobs available and like that. There were some pretty nice jobs abailable back then to work in small retail stores that were interesting if that was your hobby interest and fun to work at. I think most older folks miss the feel of the mall being a shopping mall. People put way too much emphasis today at staring at a computer screen rather that speaking with each other. I find it insulting couples are on their computers instead of looking at each other. WE have lost a lot.
