     Today is a beautiful day here in Upstate NY low 80's and fluff is heading out to take a walk and spend some time looking at the sky and clouds! It is great to be outside and to connect with the universe and it is a straight line up from us into the Universe! Fluff recommends cutting out any white bread or rice, cutting down on sugar and avoiding red meat altogether. Eating and drinking healthier can pay off as you will stay out of the hopital, and enjoy more robust health! Tea is a great source of bioflavonoids and everyone should have a cup every day! Fluff likes shredded wheat and raisan bran in the evening, As always close your eyes and look up at the sun and feel the warmth on your face and LET US ALL BE INNOCENT, JOYFUL, CAREFREE CHILDREN IN THE SUN!
