A) His wife runs a DC abortion clinic and wifey got USAID money
B) Daughter works for NGO that help illegals, got USAID money
C) and this is the most  ing,  he's one of the Judges that signed the Illegal FISA warrants and allowed the FBI to spy on the Trump Campaign.
He's in deep and most likely face a few legal problems of his own, he's trying to run out the clock.
