Local law enforcement has the power enforce anti-riot laws.
Quite obvious the local law man is not doing their job.

They are trying to put the President in a decisive position to tamp down these riots. A position where he does not need to be.

ICE should be requesting back up from local law enforcement to defend ICE agents.

The local law man could also be charging these rioters for other law violations. Arson, looting, destruction of private property, intent to commit physical harm or any other law violation they are engaging in.
Very disturbing what is going on with the local law man for not enforcing the law.
