Because of the reluctance of some accounting firm non-audit when audit is warranted and with the questionable drawings, winnings, non-winnings and overall screw ups; with the influx of Computer Generated Numbers. It has now become the player's responsibility to audit their state's lottery.

Things you should do but not limited to:

1. Document, document... document. Save ALL of your played numbers and dates they were played.

2. Save ALL your posted numbers at the Lottery Post or where ever you post them, you'll need them.

3. Note your winning and non-winning relative to your playing and non-playing.

4. Tell you friends, family and anyone you meet to do the same.
