Think of what cars cost in the 60's compared to now. Yep they cost more, devaluation of the dollar taken into consideration.

welp, houses are shrinking, got my new house insurance rider and somehow we lost 400 square footage.
I called asap they are not charge me more for rebuilding my house at a smaller size, check your riders when they come in.

Ironically (Iranically?) the price of gas here the other day was 4.44 per gallon
