Here is the chart for July for OH Rolling Cash 5 (5/39) draws.  We know DATA shows us around 25% do not have a single digit (1-9) in them, so we reduce this to 20% per the CFR method and play one in 5, so with 2 for the first 12, right on track. We barely reach the tipping point (9) on this game. 

So keep track, if no RED shows up for the next 8 draws, then start your engines and cash in.  This game is one of the easiest to cash on using the CFR, and with a few wheels, not unusual to have several 300 dollar winners on a 60 buck wager.
