This is how i came up with 806 and would like to share.

Date-12-20-07

20/root(2) +sum(1)=(3) 3 is your total.

now add your total+root,which will give you (5) Now look under your chart you will see 068, you can do your work out to be sure.   

1+2=3

3+3=6

6+2=8

LDS#under root(2) is 0!
