Happy New Year Everyone !

Things I have resolved to do first and foremost include bringing in the new year on the road.  I can't remember if I have mentioned this to anyone here or not, but when I was eighteen I brought in the new year on the road.  By accident of course, but with friends and celebrating.  I would spend the next 15 years continuously traveling.  I haven't been able to travel now for about 1 and half years, maybe more.  So, being somewhat superstitious, I am bringing in the new year on the road.  Celebrating, with friends.  Maybe the same thing will happen and I will be able to travel once again, minus the military of course.   

 

I am so thankful for meeting some of the people here on lp, Justxploring, Todd, Emilyg, Lottomike, Maddog10, FJA, Angelm, Guesser just to name a few.  There are sooooooo many more here that I enjoy talking to.  Even if we don't agree on everything, I feel I always benefit from the others' point of view.
