Pac, I posted by mistake in your last blog! Warning to everyone ...this is a video of animal cruelty.
Anyway, I know we are always talking about this subject, but seeing it bothers me too much. I will repeat what I wrote before. Anyone who really believes this magnificent beast that has no natural enemies in the wild because of its size would sit on its behind and raise its feet and twirl because it enjoys performing, is very naive. It's from years of fear and abuse. Anyway, elephants live in large families and, in the wild, the baby girl stays with her mother. I can't imagine what it is like for the animals to be beaten and forced to live like this.

You're right justx, I should've put a warning, but I didn't think it was as bad as other videos dealing with fur, which eclipsed this one. Those I wouldn't even consider putting up here. However, I think everyone needs to see those videos in order to realize what really goes on. In my case with the fur videos and others, before I watched them, I had no idea they were pulling fur off dogs while they were still alive.

I think I'll go vomit now.

God, Pac. Even that image you gave me is enough to make me feel sick. I don't even like to read about such matters. I often wonder if they are true, but I've investigated and, even sites like Snopes where they debunk rumours, says it's be confirmed this is not uncommon in some areas. The more pain, the better "the meat" it is believed.

Actually, I've heard just the opposite. In some countries, the animals are petted on the way to the slaughter house. It's believed that if the animal is in pain or fearful, toxins will be released inside the body of the animal making the meat tougher.

Those videos of the fur are real. Because of an uproar around the world, a couple of crafty individuals had hidden cameras and by showing proof of this going on..

Before seeing this, for many years I never thought it was not that big of a deal. I thought that they humanely euthanized the animal before stripping of the fur. I believe some of those bastards will get their due. They have no conscience whatsoever. Someone needs to do the same to them and see how they like it.
