Cayenne Pepper
Almost strong enough to wake-up the dead or half-dead.
Takes a few days to get used to it, then it does not feel too hot no more, I like it, best to get a big jar and half feel it with cayenne pepper powder at a local supplier of spices

-----------
Apple Cider Vinegar
As with Cayenne Pepper, it is very strong and takes a lot of getting used to it and I mean a lot of getting used to it.
Add it to some juice or water.

Iodine
First of all find out if you are alergic to Iodine and or sea food or not.
Kelp a sea vegetable sold as powder has a lot of natural organic Iodine and other minerals also in natural organic form.

To better drink-eat some or all fruits and vegetables, both a blender and a juicer can be used.
You drink and eat fruits raw straight from the blender and or juicer, best a combination of both.
For blender put the leftovers of the juicer into a blender with some water and or other liquid first and then blend and or cut fruits and or vegetables into small parts first.
For vegetables juice first and then put lefovers into blender with some kind of liquid and or cut into small parts and put on blender with some kind of liquid, then drink some or all raw and whatever you don't drink raw make into a cooked hot soup.
Any lefovers store in a jar and put inside refrigerator.

I added the new stuff into the original post already, but here it is anyway just in case.
As I write this I am sick and have been for almost a week, but I am now just a little better, I get sick very often now-days, but this is one of the real bad times, I have my great share of health problems and yes, teeth problems too and yes, health foods and medications are very expensive.
I never fully recover, but almost, but this time is very hard to and I am not so sure.
I am trying.

The problem for me is juicing was a major waste of food and very expensive. When I finally move I probably should buy a Vitamix. That can turn a 2-by-4 into a milkshake. lol Fiber is important and juicing removes most of it. I get full easily however, when I make shakes or soup. I eat a lot of pasta and tomato sauce. Once someone told me to stop eating tomatoes because they cause inflammation. I think someone would have to shoot me before I could give up spaghetti and marinara. :-) I put tomato sauce on just about everything, even my scrambled eggs.
Regarding juicing raw fruits or veggies, that's not always safe unless you buy organic. Fiber moves the toxins through our body, but juicing puts all the bad stuff directly into our system. Also you need to watch what you juice. For example, eating spinach won't hurt you, but it contains a lot of oxalates and they can cause kidney stones which are a form of oxalate & calcium. To tell you the truth, I'm too lazy to cook much. When I win the lottery, I think I'll hire a cook. lol I also think what you don't put in your body is more important than what you do. It would take too long to explain, but most of the world lives on staples like rice and most don't eat the designer diets the holistic health industry would like us to believe are cure-alls. I think cutting way down on junk food, sugar, caffeine, meat, processed foods and other empty calories would cure half of most people's ailments.
Cayenne? Are you trying to kill me? LOL If I took pepper I would need to take it in capsule form. I've been using Peter Gillam vitamins & minerals, but I had more energy when I took Alive. Highly recommend that as a vitamin.

Are safe to eat even for those that might have health problems such as "High Blood Pressure", as it will not raise the blood pressure.
Perhaps other salts, including "Regular Table Salt" are unsafe to eat.
Don't worry about the Iodine, sea food and sea vegetables have enough of it, if you eat fish or use a little bit of Kelp or other sea vegetable(s) sometimes.
Pure Sea salt and Rock Salt are said to have a lot of trace minerals that we need to eat.
---------------
Now. when a person eats "Inorganic Minerals" the human body might still be able to use them, but if overdone, that is taking too much of them, they will accumulate in the person's body even in the soft tissues and joints, kidneys etc, causing problems.
When we eat organic minerals from plants the body will take from them (Absorb) only the kinds amounts of minerals that it needs and no more, so in that way we can't get an overdose of minerals.
As pointed out, taking too much Iron is bad, but if you get it or take from organic sources the body will absorb only the amount of it that it needs and no more.
----------
Also another source might be mineral salts that some alternative medicine doctors use.
But best minerals should come from the food that we eat such as:
Alfalfa, Kale, Broccoli, Carrots, Asparagus, Avocado, Cucumber, Lima Beans, Peas, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes, Potatoes, Mushroom, Squash Summer, Seaweed, Fruits, seeds, Nuts and whatever else.
Vegetables and mostly Sea Vegetables such as Kelp being the best sources.
-----------
Chlorella is said to also be a source of many needed nutrients besides Chlorella:
Active Ingredients: Dried Chlorella contains: Moisture 4.6%; Protein 58.4%; Total lipid (fat) 9.3%; Carbohydrate, by difference 23.2%; Fiber, total dietary 0.3%; Ash 4.2%. Minerals (per 100g): Calcium, 221mg; Iodine 0.4mg; Iron, 130mg; Magnesium, 315mg; Phosphorus, 895mg; Zinc, 71.0mg. Vitamins: Vitamin C, 10.4mg; Niacin 23.8mg; Biotin 0.2mg; Pantothenic acid 1.1mg; Vitamin B-1 1.7; Vitamin B-2 4.3; Vitamin B-6 1.4mg; Vitamin B-12 0.13; Folate, 94mcg; Vitamin A (activity) 51,300 IU; Vitamin E >1.5mg (ate). Lipids include essential fatty acids and gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Amino acids: Tryptophan 0.5g; Threonine 2.4g; Isoleucine 2.3g; Leucine 4.7g; lysine 3.0g; Methionine 1.3g; Cystine 0.7g; phenylalanine 2.777g; tyrosine 2.6g; Valine 3.2g; Arginine 3.3g; Histidine 1.1g; Alanine 4.3g; Aspartic acid 4.7g; Glutamic acid 5.8g; Glycine 3.1g; proline 2.4g; serine 2.0g; Proline 2.5; Others 11.4. -----
As seen it has Iodine and Iron even B12 and others for those that have anemia.
It being one of the few sources of B12.
----------
The problem is that it is expensive and the particular kind that you use should have its cell walls broken-up enough so the body can absorb the nutrients.
Sun Chlorella or another good one like it might be best.
--------
Otherwise, other kinds of sea food even fish, sea vegetables and regular vegetables also have what is needed.
-----
For example Alfalfa is said to be a rich source of minerals, it is not just for horses.
-----
I already posted a very good list of mineral rich vegetables.
-------
Now as to Nancy:
Thanks a lot!
Even as a child I was sick myself, I have never been completely healthy, I also had stomach problems
and insomnia, now those are mostly gone, but as you do, I now have some neurological pain, sometimes worse than at other times, besides other problems.
If you are worried about kidney stones and we all should be careful with Tomatoes, Tobacco, Potatoes and others of the "NightShade" family plants:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanaceae
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0KWZ/is_5_4/ai_111734421
--------
Well, Good Luck! and try to stay healthy.
Before making any important changes investigate from more than one source and also ask more than once source, if it is life and death also get a doctors opinion, but doctors are people and don't know everything either.

Later I will look for blood pressure stuff and see what I can find on it.
Yes, you are very right on all of that, that is why some people use power blenders instead of juicers, that way you get the whole food in the right amount, you won't throw anything away not even the fiber.
There are other power blenders besides the VitaMax, they are all good, but very expensive, some are commercial blenders, but people can still buy them from the right places.
Another is the "Total Blender", one of the best might be the:
Waring Commercial XTreme
But very expensive.

High blood pressure is a very serious thing to have, one must be very careful with this.
I am not a doctor of any kind.
Only doctors can prescribe and or give medical advice.
I read that:
----------
Drinking lots of water every day helps a lot, if possible drink some every hour that you are awake.
But the more water drunk the more the "Output" later, also when liquids are 'Voided" (Output) vitamins and minerals also go out with the liquid.
-------
If a person does not also have kidney disease, then the intake of potassium might or should be increased some.
Foods that have more of it:
Bananas, apricots, cantaloupe, dates, melons, kiwi fruit, mangoes, nectarines, watermelon, avocados, oranges, papayas, grapefruit juice, prune, raisings, pomegranate.
SwissChard, celery, spinach, parsley watercress, endive, tomato juice, cucumber, cauliflower, potato, asparagus, artichokes, sweet potatoes and winter squash.
------------
Fish and fish oils
-----------
Magnesium gluconate
----------
CoEnzymeQ10
-----
Exercise
----
Hawthorn, Garlic and Lemon Balm.

Good luck!
When I was a little girl, my mother took Geritol every day. Sometimes we have to go back to the old remedies to help cure ourselves. I was kind of skittish about iron also, that's why I decided to take Geritol with iron...I felt safe taking it. However, I think I'm doing something right for my body because I DO FEEL BETTER since I've been taking the Geritol and the chlorophll.
I also remember about reading about boiling rusty nails for iron...I think that was in the pioneers day!!! :) And also, cooking in old cast iron skillets help give you more iron too!!!
I'm definitely under the doctor's care, however, you have to also use common sense and doctor on yourself also!!! You can't leave it ALL up to the doctor!!! You've listed some good stuff here on your blog, and I thank you for it. :)
The book says:
To take up to 7 capsules of fish oil a day or 3 table spoons of EPA-emulsified fish oil.
That seems like a lot to me, maybe take at least 1 to 3 capsules a day.
-------
Magnesium Gluconate
500 to 1000 milligrams a day.
About 200 to 300 milligrams 3 times a day.
--------
CQ10
60 to 90 milligrams 3 times a day after a meal.
-------
30 minutes walk or aerobic exercise 4 times a week.
-------
Hawthorn
250 milligrams daily until blood pressure reaches normal levels, then reduce the dose or quit taking it, until needed again if.
------------
Garlic
Take 2 or 3 cloves a day, or whatever the body can tolerate or take garlic supplements.
320 milligrams of Garlic extract 1 or 2 times a day.
----------
Lemon Balm
5 milliliters tincture 2 times a day for 12 weeks then recheck blood pressure and retake as needed if.
----------
Hidden Emotions a possible cause of high blood pressure.
Release the emotions.
----------
Good Luck!
