Man Beaten With His Own Artificial Leg
STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) ? Stockton police say a 66-year-old man was hit over the head with his own artificial leg during a robbery.

They say the victim's fake leg fell off as he kicked at his three attackers.

One of the attackers then hit him with the leg Wednesday night.

The robbers left after stealing a purse from the man's 62-year-old companion.

Neither victim was identified by police.

Did this happen at IHOP?

I heard he was a smoker, which he said might have contributed in getting winded during the fight.
He said he's gonna kick the habit.

He also calimed he was suing RJ Reynolds for making him addicted to cigs, but considering what a large company like RJ Reynolds has at their legal disposal dept., I feel he dosen't have a leg to stand on.

Can I please get a big GROAN???

The police found the artificial leg a few blocks away. It was thrown in a tree, hanging out on a limb.

Pac, as sick as it is (both the crime and your comment) the IHOP remark was very funny. I am ashamed to admit I laughed out loud. I think you might be right and, since their wallets were stolen, another patron offered to foot the bill.
