For water I'm above;

I touch it not, and truth to say,

I neither swim nor move. What am I?

gOOD POINT jAP, BUT IT SAYS IT DOESEN'T MOVE. a SUSPENSION BRIDGE WOULD HAVE TO SWAY FROM TIME TO TIME.
