Well, after much BS by ATT, I've pulled their F'ing plug. Goodbye you SOB's. Thanks for nothing. Cable is now installed and working great.

Have heard AT&T is considering charging per usage on their DSL.   :-(

Nice thing about the cable is that with a router (not required, but recommended) and a few cheapie network cards, you can hook your older machines to the web instead of burying 'em in the back closet.

that's what I did timetreat., much better than sharing a computer with everyone.
