Should have charged the kid. The father was a hero!

My kind of Dad!!!!!

Now he knows something about his daughter that he probably only suspected before.

We need more fathers like him now he needs to take her bedroom door and never give it back make her get a job and provide for herself since it's so easy 4 her to lie on her back.

So now, when you find a stranger in your house, you have to determine their age & *intent* before you act? What's next? Counseling criminals about their rough childhood?

I'm totally surprised by the responses here.

I in no way defend what the boy did, but this isn't the OK corral anymore. We have laws to protect citizens.

The father should have asked the boy to leave or called the police and followed suit, pursuing charges against him, but if the boy didn't resist and would have left peacefully, then the dad had no right to hit him with a pipe. What if he had killed or seriously injured the kid maiming him for life?

If he was an intruder breaking into the house, then by all means, anyone has the right to defend themselves and run them out with any measure of force. This was not the case and was no threat to the family inside the house. It was going on for a year without any incidence, which yes, that initself was terribly wrong, but still, I'm sure the father didn't know that at the moment, and if he did, still doesen't warrant the dad's reaction.

In my opinion, this was not warranted in this case. And obviously the law agrees.

Go Dad!!! How Freudian that he beat the naked boy with a pipe. Where did he get the pipe anyway?

My take is call the police and have his nude self sent down to juvie, press for charges of statutory rape depending on his age. Then file suit against the boy's parents ... let his parents worry about being charged with battery.

Remindes me of All in the Family when Al usually takes boy by back of the neck and smashes face against door frame then tosses em out the door. LOL

That's a bunch of bull$#%#$%! He got exactly what he deserved. He had no business in that man 's house doing you know what.

that's insane, If I found a nude boy in my daughter's room the coroner would most likely be involved.
