Well, no more delaying on this one, I have moved to Minnesota. It was a career move in the same company. However, I still have a duplex home back in Wisconsin. My Ex-wife is still living there and working in Milwaukee. Our plans are to rent out the other side of our duplex and then she can move out here with us, me and the boys. We have a few fix ups to do and hopefully by November 1st we'll have some new tenants.
