Hmmm...my luck is like a bouncy spring...

Published:

This is why I say that......

Last weekend (and week), my luck went down with the stock market.  Today, my luck bounced, like a spring, back to what seems to be normal for me. Razz

As you can see, I hit $50 on the $5 Blackjack Showdown ("21" $10 + $15 + 3 x $5) and $5 on the $2 Instant Win For Life.  I also did some slowplaying today and hit a few winners which I'll recap on next week's KACHING Report.

This pretty much makes up for my bad luck last week.  I love winners like this. Smile

Until next time, may all your tickets win you a few bucks. Big Grin

What is slow playing?

Jap, "slow playing" is where I buy one ticket at a time until I hit a winner, then switch to another kind of ticket. When I "slow play" tickets, I generally scratch off all the prizes first, then I'll scratch off the numbers or items in the "play area", and for the games that require you to match certain numbers or beat a card or something to that effect, I'll scratch off the numbers/cards to match or beat last. I do everything slowly to pass the time. Sadly, nowhere I go too often has Keno, or else I'd probably play that (with the 4-spot game).

Since I can't edit comments, I'll show you an example on how I would "slow play" the above tickets.

On the $2 Instant Win For Life, I would scratch off all the prizes first. After I finish scratching off the prizes, I would then scratch off the areas above the prizes....where the numbers (and bill symbol in the above picture) are.

On the $5 Blackjack Showdown, I'd scratch off the prizes first. I'd then scratch off my hands. Last, I'd scratch off the dealer's hands.

I had to come up with a term for this (being my crazy self), so I thought, since the time passes by much more when I do this, I would decide to call this method of playing scratchers "slow playing."
