Bailout money for year end bonuses

Just read an article on my homepage that the bailout money received by financial institutions will be used for employee bonuses.
In the neighborhood of 50 billion in bonus money going out.
What the h ell a billion here a billion there. Taxpayers will cover the tab.
The bailout came just in time for christmas.
