My Brother's Gone

Yesterday, my younger brother passed away from a massive heart attack, he was 49yrs. old.  He had been fighting w/ workman's comp over a back injury for the past 3 years.  He finally got his surgery two weeks ago and seemed to be on the road to recovery.  Now, he's gone...he is the one who gave me the moniker "onenumber", it was always a joke between us that I'm always one number off the winning number.  I'm going to miss him deeply, i'm still in shock and disbelief.

Thank you all for your kind words. It's going to be a tough road to travel these next few days. But, we are going to have to, one day at a time.

i am sorry for your loss. i am at that cross road too! my brother just got moved to hospice care. now it is just a waiting game. he too is my younger brother. i grieve with you for your loss.

My prayers go out to you. I know the feeling of losing a brother. I lost 2 at one time. But they live in my heart. You brother will always live in your heart.

I know that nothing can really console your soul like your brother being near but just remember the 1 thing that I had to when I lost my 1 and only brother. Out all of the love and loves that I've seemed to have come across in this cruel cruel world. The 1 thing that stood out most is that I knew that he truly loved me.

I'm really sorry for your lost. You will find him again, it's only temporary. Think of all the good things you guys shared to keep you going. Just think of it like this, now you have another special angel watching over you. I hope that you get through this okay.

so sorry to here of your loss i also lost a brother some years ago we new he was going to die that was hard but with the help of the lord you will make it. remember the good things and the things you laughed about.
