New Wheel Algorithm

I came up with an incredible, simple wheel generating algorithm.

It is so simple and amazing.

Why didn't I see it before?

Damn!!!

It also compresses the wheel to an absolute minimum size.

It took me a while, but I got it.

Went the long way around, but I GOT IT.
