North Carolina has no computer draws for any game. I'd play it based on that alone. Also Georgia is a much older better established, better advertised lottery, more players.   Give NC some time and bet it will be just as good.

Triples travel, GA had none for a very long time, but now they're cycling through with frequency in both Cash 3 and Cash 4. BTW GA uses the same groups of ballsets for both Cash 3 and Cash 4 drawings.
