sc 2357 have a downsizing plan, due to increasing operations cost while the sales not to good to cover the ops., sc 2357 will apply downsizing plan in order to maintain company survival in the future, i though sc 2357 have a maturity phaze while there are no "advance" or opportunity in market so it must be hard to apply downsizing plan, and some of services will face the f word like well known notebook in prior experience.
