I haven't smoked in 6 days.It is harder than I thought to quit.I had the cold sweats for the first few days.Wish me luck!!Blue Angel

Agsolutely wish you luck!!! Am a 'reformed' cigarette smoker myself, quit 25 years ago without patches, gum.   After the physical addiction passes you'll still have the ritual urge to light up and handle as if smoking. Those habits take awhile to pass. Continued good wishes for your new smoke free life!!!!
