I have been a smoker for 53 years until last October when I started cutting back. I used to smoke from 2 to 4 packs per day sometimes. I am down to none per day or I may have a pack when available. It's an on and off again thing now.
When I first went off cigarettes the craving was the hard part.
Off course I have put on about 25 lbs since last October.
The manager ripped off the price marker and told the clerk to sell it for the price marked. The manager intended to put up the new price marker.
When I turned to leave I made the comment so everyone could hear "now thats a change you can believe in"
Looks like that about does it for smoking.
HMMMMM chewing tobacco is not a bad idea. I can spit on the sidewalk.
JAP, funny!!!
Was a smoker myself but I quit 3 years ago. Somedays were harder than others but just hang in there, you'll be amazed how much better you're going to feel.....! Congrats
