Mystery surrounds Michael Jackson's sudden death

One day after Michael Jackson's sudden death, speculation was already turning to what killed the 50-year-old "King of Pop" just weeks before a long-awaited series of comeback concerts.A family attorney said on Friday he had been concerned that Jackson's use of prescription drugs for dancing-related injuries would eventually prove fatal and that the entertainer's inner circle had ignored his warnings.
Authorities scheduled an autopsy for Friday. But they cautioned it could take weeks to determine a cause of death, which will likely have to wait for the return of toxicology tests. Those tests will determine if Jackson had any drugs, alcohol or prescription medications in his system.
Jackson, a former child star who became one of the best-selling pop artists of all time before descending into a strange and reclusive lifestyle amid accusations of child molestation, died Thursday afternoon at a Los Angeles hospital.
He had been rushed to the hospital in full cardiac arrest after collapsing at his nearby rental home.
Jackson's passing was front-page news around the world as airwaves filled with his greatest hits from "Thriller" to "Billie Jean" and social networking sites were bombarded with messages and tributes from fans and musicians.
"It's so sad and shocking," former Beatle Paul McCartney said. "I feel privileged to have hung out and worked with Michael. He was a massively talented boy man with a gentle soul. His music will be remembered forever."
Few details were known about the circumstances surrounding Jackson's death but he was reportedly unconscious and not breathing by the time he arrived at UCLA Medical Center. Doctors were unable to revive him.
His body was flown by helicopter from the hospital to the coroner's office late Thursday.

Accident waiting to happen. The Concert Promoter hired the doctor to live-in and take care of MJ. A tail of Demerol and another strong pain killer, oxycontin was administered daily. Daily???? Are they nuts??? MJ predicted his death to Lisa Presley his then wife, that he would die as did her father, Elvis, from a drug overdose.

One man, a doctor stood up and tried to warn the family about his drug use months ago, no one interfered or helped MJ. What does that tell you?

Mmmmm... now this got my mind to wander maybe in the wrong direction, or the direction that is unpopular, but what if he planed his death? I am not saying he did, just my wandering thoughts.

There is a huge amount of information that is still not released, but that doctor that gave him the hot shot gave MJ another drug to bring him to, some outdated drug they don't even use anymore, then he tried CPR, then he called 911. The hospital is a two minute ride from the house. Why didn't he just call 911 in the first place? When the EMT's got there the said they wanted to pronounce him dead, that they knew MJ was dead for some time before they got there, but that doctor wouldn't have it. The doctor went to the hospital and again performed CPR for another hour. This is strange that MJ's doctor can push aside doctors that are on call in the hospital. Very strange. The doctor is now in hiding. When they find him? Lock him up, throw away the keys, and burn his medical licenses.

.
With drug abuse the user needs more and more of the drug to get the same affect after so many uses, the body can't take but so much drugs without giving up.   Even a drug addict has a lethal dose limit, although he or she may not think so.

Footnote: The doctor sent his regular patients a letter stating that he was going to leave the practice but not to worry he won't be long gone. Strange.

Now all I want to know is the dose amount, just how much was in his system, what other drugs was he on.

I read ... but have NOT substantiated it as fact ... that he was around $400-500 million in debt, living a lifestyle as if he could afford it. Probably hearsay and speculation. However his death such a shock that likely every aspect of his life will be publicized in great detail.
