Are you kidding?

Why go through all the trouble?

Why don’t we just let foreign countries build all our electronic products for us?

That way they can just slip in a dormant piece of hardware or code designed to activate on queue.

Why go through the firewall when you can get in on the other side.

Oh, wait, that is already happening, never mind.

My HP computer came from Mexico, it was put together there.
I bought it at the HP U.S.A Internet site.
The CD drive was not connected, I had to open the computer and do it myself, so much for HP quality control.
I didn't want to go to all the trouble of trying to send it back to them.
That was the only problem that it had.
----
I know what you mean and it is scary, it might not help to put a computer together by yourself, as the CPU and or the motherboard might be made and or put together overseas.
