Locating followers digit 2

Once we have all the digits we can look at each digit in a number
This is South Carolina data
This may help in locating followers of a drawn number.
It may be a tricky deal because a root will hit
within a short time of last drawn in that digit and
then the root will have a lenghty skip in that digit.
It is obvious by the dates that the follower selected may not fall the next drawing.
Looks like a little waiting period there.
Look at the number[s] before and after the drawn numbers.
There are 6 numbers in a root and one root has seven numbers.
The numbers in the root of a specified digit are in a previous
blog entry.
Looks interesting to me.
I will post the other roots in the other digits as I put
them together.
I started my data entry on 6/1/04. I did not go back
to day one for my entries.

I find these that hit before or after more than others. Going to take about a week or more to get them all together. to many numbers to do all at once so I will do draw history as it comes in.

Am I reading you correctly here, position 2, say, being the 4 if the number's 14? Or are you talking about columns? The existence of position 4 is what brings the question to mind.
