What’s interesting is that back in 2009, Forbes listed a drug cartel leader (CEO) Joaquin Guzman Loera as one of the world’s elite billionaires.

Also interesting, is that Forbes would even consider associating this person with the billionaire wealthy elite.

It reminds me of a scene in the movie 'Scarface'.

Those of you who don't know, it's the scene where Antonio Montana is being asked by Alejandro Sosa and a group of certain associates to do a bombing hit on a anti-drug cartel activist.
