1 – The Internet kill switch is implemented.

2 – Shortly thereafter or in the near future an Internet Attack is staged.

3 – The Internet is shutdown for several weeks to months, or just long enough to irritate the Public.

4 – The Public demands the Internet to be restored.

5 – The Government offers a solution or solutions to fix the problem.

6 – The Government draws up new legislation to shutdown legally the individual sites that are supposed Terrorist Threats with additional hidden agenda tactics.

7 – The Public agrees and looses more freedom without even knowing it.
